Mark has been working as a physiotherapist in a musculoskeletal setting since he graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy). Mark has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in both private and hospital settings.
Main areas of clinical interest include:
- Spinal pain conditions (neck and lower back pain, with associated nerve pain conditions)
- Cervicogenic headache and dizziness
- Shoulder pain
- Upper and lower limb tendon conditions
Mark adopts an evidence-based and multi-model approach including joint mobilisation technique, hands on soft tissue techniques, taping, dry needling, exercise prescription and gym-based programs to enhance the outcomes of treatment.
With additional experience working as a sport trainer for football clubs, Mark is confident managing acute sports injury management and rehabilitative exercise prescription.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys dragon boat paddling, the gym and walking in the great outdoors.
Mark also speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.
