We have a solution for you!

Knowing that so many of our clients have various back and joint pain issues secondary to being overweight, coupled possibly with chronic conditions such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes, our Physiotherapist and Dietitian have designed a structured 13-week weight loss program.

What the weight loss program involves:

  • 9 total sessions: 3 sessions with a Dietitian and 6 sessions with a Physiotherapist
  • 3 thorough body scan assessments using a body composition scale – measuring your baseline muscle and fat %, as well as follow up scans to show your progression through to the end 13th week
  • Individualized weight loss exercise program, tailored to your injury history, fitness level and weight loss goals.
  • An exercise program app called Physitrack which has videos and reminders to complete your exercises and to monitor and progress your exercises. A supervised exercise program option is available
  • A structured and balanced nutrition plan tailored to your lifestyle, developed by you and the Dietitian together which enhances your learning and accountability. There is no one size fits all!
  • Suggested nutrition and movement strategies to push you and keep you on track with motivation beyond the end of the program
  • A library of tools and resources for you to access and take home
