Annie (Remedial Massage)
Annie has completed remedial massage therapy at RMIT University, and is also currently studying Myotherapy at RMIT University. She got into remedial massage as she always found the human body and anatomy intriguing, and she developed interest in knowing how the human body has the ability to maximise its function and heal itself.
Annie has worked with Park Orchards women’s football team as a sports trainer. Annie is passionate about treating wide range of conditions in people of all ages, offering hands-on techniques like deep or soft tissue massage, myofasical release, relaxation massage and rehabilitation. Tight muscles contributed by lifestyle factors including stress can benefit from these techniques.
She also has special interest in postural correction through exercises, trigger point therapy and cupping techniques. Annie is also helping clients with Lymphedema massages to assist in the flow or draining of lymph fluid.
With her friendly and optimistic nature Annie is here to help you to be able to do daily activities with minimal to no discomfort. Through communication, education and her hands on skills Annie wants to empower others with the wonderful potential of massage therapy to help clients reach their maximum health potential.
