Active Aging Wellness Classes
Our Active Ageing Wellness Classes are designed specifically to cater to the needs of the ageing population, promoting longevity and overall wellness through a variety of exercises. These classes are ideal for those looking to improve their functional fitness, manage chronic conditions, or simply stay active in a supportive and welcoming environment.
- Strength training: Helping to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
- Balance and coordination: Reducing the risk of falls and improving everyday mobility.
- Flexibility and mobility exercises: Keeping joints and muscles limber and reducing stiffness.

These sessions are led by our highly qualified and experience physiotherapist Gurpinder who ensures the exercises are adapted to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to those with more advanced needs. The small class sizes of no more than 8 people provide personalised attention, allowing for specific guidance and modifications to exercises when necessary.
