Kaylen (Physiotherapist)

Kaylen holds a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA).

He enjoys working with a wide range of people and conditions, drawing on his experience in both community, and elite sporting environments. Through this work, he has supported individuals with a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries, helping them recover, build resilience, and return to their regular activities. His particular clinical interests include conditions affecting the foot, ankle, knee, and shoulder as well as assisting runners and athletes, helping them manage injuries and improve performance!

Kaylen has been part of research into shoulder rehabilitation, collaborating with experienced physiotherapists and orthopaedic surgeons. This has strengthened his clinical reasoning and helps him provide care that reflects the latest evidence and best practice.

He likes to combine hands-on treatment with tailored, specific exercise programs to help people reduce pain, restore movement, and achieve their personal goals — whether that’s returning to daily activities, work, or sport.

His strength and conditioning background allows him to integrate structured exercise programming into rehabilitation, with a focus on building strength, improving movement quality, and preventing future injuries. Kaylen is passionate about empowering individuals to understand their bodies and move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, Kaylen enjoys staying active through basketball, football, triathlons, and distance running, as well as spending time outdoors hiking and camping.
