Natasha – Physiotherapist

About Natasha:

Natasha is a dedicated physiotherapist at Physio Elements, holding a Master of Physiotherapy from RMIT University. She enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them overcome pain, injury and movement limitations so they can return to the activities that matter most. Natasha has experience across hospital and private practice settings, as well as sports physiotherapy through her work with the Montmorency Football Club.

Whether you’re recovering from a sporting injury, managing a musculoskeletal condition, rehabilitating after surgery, or dealing with everyday aches and pains, Natasha is committed to helping you move better, feel stronger and achieve your health goals.

Clinical Approach:

Natasha takes a patient-centred and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy. She combines hands-on treatment, movement assessment, education and personalised exercise rehabilitation programs to deliver long-term results rather than temporary relief. She believes successful treatment involves working collaboratively with patients, ensuring they
understand their condition and feel confident managing their recovery. Natasha focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction, helping patients improve their strength, mobility and function while supporting them throughout every stage of rehabilitation.
