Priyanka – Physiotherapist
Priyanka completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy-Sports at the University of South Australia. With over 4 years of professional experience, she has an expertise in the management of musculoskeletal conditions affecting various joints, with a particular emphasis on sports injuries, pain management, and facilitating return-to-work protocols.
Driven by her commitment to patient care, Priyanka enjoys the rehabilitation of neurological conditions,
including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy.
Priyanka employs a multifaceted approach to treatment, combining hands-on techniques with tailored exercise regimens and lifestyle modifications to optimise outcomes and empower her patients to achieve their goals. Having served as a physiotherapist for marathons, she enjoys focusing on lower extremity injury prevention and management through strategic strength and conditioning programs. Priyanka also has a particular interest in the recovery from shoulder injuries.
Outside of her professional role, Priyanka is an avid enthusiast of athletic pursuits, she finds exhilaration in outdoor adventures such as backpacking, trekking, and camping. Having conquered several Himalayan treks, Priyanka aspires to climb Mount Everest one day.
Priyanka utilises her hands on skills as well as exercise prescription along with addressing lifestyle modifications to help achieve her patients’ goals.
Besides work, Priyanka is an active sports enthusiast who enjoys athletic sports. She loves outdoor adventures such as backpacking, trekking and camping. She’s done a few Himalayan treks and aims to scale Mount Everest one day.
