Super Pilates classes are run by Sammy who is a APPI Qualified Pilates Instructor and an ESSA
accredited Exercise Scientist. These classes are like a combination of Pilates and a Personal
Training session! Each person is completing their own individualised program based on their goals
and strength levels!
